About Us
Our Vision
“Men Transformed into Friends to establish a Brotherhood"
Our Mission
The mission of The Men of Semper Fidelis is to ignite and unite men and boys to become friends that will result in a brotherhood. This will change their life with God, their families, other men and the communities in which they live, which will result in establishing unique relationships for the rest of their lives.
Motto
“Brotherhood is the Lifeline that Links the Hearts of Men”

The Men of Semper Fidelis is a non-profit men's organization that was formed in September 2009 by Tyrone Holmes, the Founder & President, which is dedicated to bringing men and youth from all racial backgrounds together and helping them establish true male relationships. Not just pertaining to sports and casual conversations but building a brotherhood. We accomplish this by communicating with each other on how we really feel on the inside and not hiding behind our masks, but be willing to share our secrets and being accountable to each other. The Men of Semper Fidelis distinguishes the relationship a man has with each other, that is like no other. It goes beyond just being men, it’s a brotherhood and last for a life time. We make a commitment to ourselves and a covenant with other men and youth to always to be faithful to one another, to be there for each other no matter what life brings us. To be true friends where we can share our secrets, our struggles, our trails, our tragedies, our goals and most of all our victories. Semper Fidelis is Latin for “Always Faithful” it became the Marine Corps motto in 1883 on the initiative of Colonel Charles McCawley. We have adopted this motto, because we as The Men of Semper Fidelis will never leave another man or youth behind.
In the Spring of 2009, Tyrone was inspired by two books that He was reading; "HE MOTIONS" By Bishop T.D. Jakes, and "Without Walls" by Pastor Randy White. Though Tyrone had been preaching the Gospel for twenty-four years, he felt God had forgotten him. He literally gave up on life, he walked away from his marriage, family and church. He didn't have no where to turn and felt like no cared about him. But, God spoke to him and said, "I haven't forgetten you, I have a special plan for your life, are you willing to take on this assignment? This will be something that hasn't taken place in generations. "I want you to build a nation of men from all nationalities, that won't be afraid to take their rightful place in their home, on their job and in their community, where society won't be ashame to stand up and give grandfathers, fathers, husbands, sons, uncle's and nephews the respect they deserve"...THIS IS YOUR MANDATE !!!!
Tyrone took up the mantle and accepted the mandate God placed on his life. Under God's direction, Tyrone began doing research and collecting information on how to establish a men's movement. After much prayer the vision of "The Men of Semper Fidelis" was pregnated in his spirit. At this point God instructed Tyrone to pick strong Christian men to surround him in prayer as well as support him in making the vision a reality.
The first meeting of "The Men of Semper Fidelis" with it's leaders was held on September 10, 2009 at Northgate Mall Business Center in Durham, NC.
